DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:

Our hotels, as a part of our group,deal internationalyy in renting guest rooms and flats across the country ( at the seaside and in the capital ). We own a portofolio of highly recognised "brands" such as Casa Bucur and so on.
You would be Responsible with all activities such as banqueitng , administration and coordination, according to the Food & Beverage directives and our international standards and procedures.
You will Plan, coordinate and controlall the necessary activities, manage the personnel, if necessary temporary employees, according to applicable rules and regulations.
You will also make sure that all material and equipment are correctly used; Apply and ensure application of procedures and regulations concerning hygiene and safety.
;Organize a complete schedule of events, based on client requests;Be responsible for drawing up the weekly banquet schedule.; Ensure services are carried out according to client expectations, based on his sense of anticipation and organization.;Personally control service quality and participate in ensuring the events proceed successfully;Pay attention to client demands, reactions and comments, and if necessary, take the corrective measures.
You wil be familiar with the competition, as well as market evolution and trends.
Make any suggestions to higher management likely to improve sales promotion and marketing.
