| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Graduate from a Technical University (preferably, Constructions, Civil Engineering Degree) or an Economical University (in this case, with a strong experience in civil constructions)
- Previous experience on a similar position in construction sector working on projects (minimum 2-3 years)
- Mobility for national traveling
- Management ability to work well within a team and maintain good relationships with the clients and the team members
- Good command of English
- PC Skills (MSOffice - Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Clean driving license (B Category)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Assigned to one or a group of site manager to give complete commercial and organizational support at the construction site, as long as these activities concern commercial processes.
Main activities:
• Preparing supply contracts for material and subcontractor service in accordance with the Project / Site Manager, the Estimator and the Buyer
• Providing price comparison lists, preparation of documents for subcontractor selection
• Handling and checking of delivery notes
• Checking the invoices of the supplier and subcontractor including the accounting
• Providing the monthly accrual for the cost centre accounting in accordance with the Project / Site Manager and the Bookkeeper
• Insurance notifications
• Guarantee observation
• Monthly cut-offs of production/ performance
• Accounting control
The Commercial Site Manager responds to the Commercial Branch Manager.
He works together with the Project Manager to offer support on the economic side of the project.
