AREA MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:

• minimum 5 years experience in Retail and minimum 2 years experience on similar position,
• ability to manage sales and work with sales plans,
• experience in team management,
• target-oriented attitude,
• commercial skills and appropriate attitude towards clients,
• assertiveness, good communication and interpersonal skills,
• good work organisation and a team-player attitude,
• communicative knowledge of English,
• availability for business trips,
• driving licence.

Your responsibilities:

• managing seven Sizeer Stores (Ploiești, Galați, Buzău, Iași, Suceava, Piatra Neamț, Baia Mare) in order to implement the company’s development strategy and maximize profits,
• implementation of the commercial policy by ensuring the expected level of customer service, the visuals of stores and the quality of VM implementation,
• cooperation with the HR Retail Office in the field of development of managerial skills of Store Managers and development of sales skills of Customer Advisors, defining training needs and training participants, monitoring the implementation of post-training tasks and competence development, as well as supporting their further development,
• proposing, creating, testing and implementing solutions / projects within the Region aimed at increasing the efficiency of processes and procedures as well as communication / work with the client.
