Process engineer

We are looking for motivated people willing to develop a career in engineering. The ideal candidate should have:
- University Degree in Engineering
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in a similar position of 1-3 years (automotive or telecommunication industries are a plus)
- good knowledge of process flow and continuous flow, lean manufacturing, line balancing.

Responsibilities:

Our company, located in Bucharest, is extending its activity. Therefore we are currently looking for ambitious and motivated young people to join our team.

The main responsibilities are:
- to get involved fully in developing – design and improvements of processes in accordance with relevant standards;
- to collaborate with the technical manager and production manager in order to find the best solutions for our process flows;
- to investigate the production process problems and the causes of their appearance; to search the best solution for solving them;
- to gain a thorough understanding of manufacturing process and associated technology;
- to execute / coordinate changes of the manufacturing processes in collaboration and with the approval of the production manager and of the technical manager;
- to contribute to the development of quality assurance programs for new products or processes and ensure they are effectively implemented to comply with standards;
- to update of engineering / manufacturing documentation;
- to issue activity reports for the operational manager.
