| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The employer is a multinational corporation based in Sweden which manufactures generators, compressed air and gas equipment, construction and mining equipment, industrial tools and assembly systems.
The position in based in Otopeni town and reports to the Logistic Manager.
Requirements:
- University degree
- at least 2 years' experience on a similar position
- availability for daily comuting to Otopeni
- very good PC skills (mainly Excel and Word)
- good master of spoken and written English
- hardworking, reliable, organized and efficent individual |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The selected candidate will:
- place orders on company's internal website as per group procedures
- manage the sales booking and purchasing orders
- act as an interface with the foreign providers for customs clearance
- ensure liaison with the warehouse supervisor responsible for the movement of goods
- ensure liaison with the transport companies for delivering the goods
- cover the admin tasks (purchase of office consumables, payment of utilities, etc.)
