Quality Resident Engineer for Craiova (SQW) (f/ m) (Ref. QRE/ SOE)

• Technical university degree (preferably automotive, mechanical or electrical engineering)
• Two or three years of work experience as engineer, in automotive field is a significant advantage
• Technical skills and understanding of technical correlations are required
• Good English is a must and German language is beneficial
• Standard knowledge of MS Office
• Basic knowledge of database software
• Capable of working autonomously representing Bosch in a customer plant
• Capability to understand technical interactions within the automotive industries
• An open and flexible mindset
• Ability to drive output in a highly collaborative environments
• Good communicator with the ability to communicate to two different corporate identities
• Good logical approach to complex topics
• Driving license class B

• Is acting as an interface between the customer and Bosch
• Providing support for Craiova vehicles and engines plant regarding all quality related issues
• Proactive approach in order to reduce claims volume, support quality improvement projects and coordinate customer quality meetings
• Handling and preselecting of claims from the customer
• Regular reporting of claims and activities into the Q-IT system, within the Bosch Q-Organization and to the management
• Handing over 8D reports to the customer and final explanations and discussions
• Organizing and implementing immediate countermeasures in case of an incident, implementing and coordinating all required sorting activities
• Providing support for Craiova vehicle production site and Bosch in performing parts analysis, handling and packaging
• Organizing and coordinating customer visits in the Craiova plant, providing customer processes know how and local support to visitors from the Bosch organization.
• Launch support for new products
• Support field cost reduction programs on a regular basis
