Job description

• Offering training, mentoring and coaching within the Quality team
• Drive the quality complex initiatives and programs across the Center
• Drives the Quality programs within the Quality team
• Updates the team on the GQ methodology initiatives
• Overlooks the Quality reporting
• Performs trend analysis for Quality metrics
• Recommends the actions on process performance improvement
• Offering training, mentoring and coaching for the operations
• Developing the procedures and instructions for the assigned processes
• Driving and participating in multi-disciplinary process quality improvement/reengineering projects and initiatives
• Defining and involvement in the process improvement initiatives chartered to identify and resolve deficiencies in HP’s business processes
• Consults and interacts with the operations to coach and provide direction in order to achieve desired business results
• Ensuring maintenance of records and other related documentation within the operations (incl. approval of the specific documentation)
• Ensuring quality measures are aligned with our overall business objectives
• Driving CHARISMA 2.0 implementation and compliance process including audits
• Designing and implementation of TQM regional strategies, measurement, training and effective process mapping.
• Driving required analyses for the operations to ensure highest quality
• Defining and ensuring maintenance quality reports
• Deliver training for relevant quality topics
• Ensure the GQ WW programs deployment in his / her own tower
• Run the improvement programs
• Ensure continuous feedback to the WW for the running program
• To solve common Business issues by applying subject matter experience
• Works on more complex projects with wider / more complex scope (tower oriented)
• Raise compliance reports conform to the existing procedures and rules
• Based on the analysis he / she does gives limited input on the projects directions
• Makes recommendations following the existing guidelines
• Very good process improvements knowledge


Requirements

• Fluent English

• Graduate in Engineering, Finance and or Management
• At least one year of experience in Quality with proved track
• Excellent ISO knowledge (ISO 9001 certified internal Auditor)
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
• Experienced in Project Management
• Experienced with L6S
• Excellent Team player
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Participate in various projects pointed out by management
• Spread out and promote company corporate culture and fiscal discipline as would in its own business
• Cooperate fully during internal and external audits
• Escalate observed irregularities to direct superiors
• Comply with company ethical standards while executing daily functions
