- Are proficient or bilingual both in Romanian & English
- Have at least 6 to 12 months experience in Compliance or control functions
- Are well - versed with different Microsoft Office Tools or equivalent Google Suite tools, specifically Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Completed at least a bachelor's degree
- Have strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Are meticulous/precise in details

In this dynamic role, you'll be the Quality Analyst of our new and enthusiastic project. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

What you will do in this role
As a Quality Analyst on our team, you will:
- Review quality of work and performance of Customer Service Reps through live monitoring and use of recording system and applications
- Identify training needs and communicates it to training department
- Compiles Quality Assurance (QA) assessments of agents and documents results within established repository in accordance with defined departmental policies and procedures
- Use quality monitoring system to compile and track performance at team and individual level
- Engage in calibration sessions for all programs with the management
- Provide actionable data and feedback to managers and leadership team
- Identify and recognize quality and performance trends and communicate to leadership team
- Work with internal business units to increase awareness of the importance of the compliance
- Create and maintain standardized workflows and procedures
- Provide recommendations for change and participate in analysis of workflows and procedures to improve accuracy/efficiency
- Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review
