Candidatul Ideal
Proficient with computers in order to complete tasks that utilize word processing, spreadsheets and other software programs;
Good English or French knowledge (both written and spoken);
Textile background is an advantage;
Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is a significant advantage

Creating the necessary purchase orders for materials and services and ensuring the best value and supply terms;
︁︀︈︈︈︈︁︉︃Checking the stocks whenever needed for materials management before placing new orders;
Verifying compliance with trade agreements;
Checking the costs related to logistics, customs clearance and duties;
Following the purchase orders till the goods or services are delivered or finalized.
Keeping all info records accurate and updated - SAP, Office tools;
Assisting, supporting the warehouse department when related to stocks reliability.
