 Ensure and negotiate the regularly repeated purchase orders, delivery of equipment and services for particular units of the Company
 Administer rental contracts for company premises
 Administer the Company’s car fleet (incl. car rental, insurance cases, fuel cards, tyres…)
 Order and administer company mobile phones
 Manage the physical inventory as per legal requirement
 Control invoices from suppliers, invoice matching
