Development Manager

We require
o Minimum secondary education

o Experience in sales and negotiating skills is an advantage (but not essential)

o Good communication skills

o To be organised, service-oriented, team worker and flexible

o Knowledge of English language would be desirable but not essential

Position's Profile
We require couple of Development Managers and the successful candidates will be full time employees based in our Pitesti and Ploiesti branches.
Your main responsibilities will include:

o Recruiting, training, motivating and leading a team of self-employed agents in your local branch to achieve set performance objectives with a high quality level of customer service

o Direct contact with the customers (including home visits)
