Project Manager, 4P Demand Delivery RO-BG-HU

• At least 3 years of experience in project management (experience in delivery/e-Commerce will be considered an advantage;
• Strong communication skills, in both Romanian and English (oral and written);
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Ability to adjust and set priorities for the daily activities and tasks;
• A confident and ambitious attitude, together with a strong desire to operate in a dynamic environment;
• Ability and know-how to plan, implement and monitor budgets;
• Ability and desire to use data in order to solve complex problems.

• Establish the project requirements, including the KPIs that will be followed during and after ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈implementation;
• Carry out the necessary business analyses within the project (in collaboration with other involved teams);
• Project monitoring from the beginning to the post-implementation phase;
• Constantly and transparently monitor and communicate the status of the projects to all involved parties;
• Manage the risk tracking process;
• Work closely with the main beneficiaries to obtain a deep understanding of the business vision;
• Analyze, consolidate and interpret data to identify trends and possible problems;
• Involvement in the definition of BI reports for measuring KPIs;
• Organize meetings to discuss project objectives and progress.
