Requirements:

Degree preferably in technical, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering.
Knowledge of technological flow, manufacturing processes, industrial automation (Siemens Plc).
Experience of working in CAD software (AutoCAD, Catia).
Abilities in PC operation (Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP).
Conversational proficiency in written and verbal English.
Presentation, communication, and planning skills.
Experience in leading teams.
Ability to facilitate problem solving within teams.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably within the automotive industry.

Job responsibilities:

Monitors and controls the production process according to planning.

Monitors the proper operation and performance of production ︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︁︃︀equipment and machines.

Controls the quality of the finished products, and, based on identified defects, takes action to correct them and supports the understanding and adaptation of customer requirements to specific machines, along with application and improvement of quality standards and product quality.

Analyses and proposes performance indicators for activities to be adopted as targets.

Maintains and develops production capabilities.

Trains operators when introducing a new product into production.

Tracks, records, and analyzes production indicators set with the manager, and takes action to achieve set targets and improve equipment efficiency.

Monitors scrap produced by machines, proposes reduction measures and implements them.

Ensures rational and economical use of raw materials and materials needed for production.

Supports and ensures compliance with the established maintenance plan.

Provides support in resolving internal complaints regarding products do not meet quality indicators.

Participates in production meetings and, based on the info received, proceeds to organize production, manages emergencies, and allocates resources.

Actively engages in the selection, recruitment, training, induction, and development of all subordinate staff, in close liaison with the manager and the Human Resources department.

Evaluates and supervises the work of subordinate staff and implements plans for motivation, sanction, promotion.

Ensures optimal conditions for continuous improvement processes.

Defines the assembly process and creates work instructions.

Participates in enhancing processes within the integrated management system.

Optimizes the production flow and all necessary elements in the production process (product/process validation).
