| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Very good command of English language ;
• Excellent customer service; commitment to solve user problems and requests ;
• Proven record of follow-through of actions, and taking responsibility/ownership for completion of tasks ;
• Legal understanding of Purchase Orders/contracts components ;
• Excellent administrative skills, with particular emphasis on accuracy ;
• Priority setting : the role requires managing a large variety of requests, so an ability to stay focused on objectives is essential ;
• MS Office, SAP Application (Lotus Notes) knowledge would be a plus .

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
As a Media&Corporate Marketing Assistant, your role will be to establish proper documentation for Media and Corporate Marketing purchases (transactions) and to ensure smooth and timely transition to the new marketing operating process for the previous commitments.
The specific tasks will include:
• Operate the purchasing transactions in the new accounting application ;
• Maintain the appropriate purchasing documentation ;
• Assure data integrity, for example, financial data (right legal entity, payments) ;
• Work with business areas (Media, Corporate Marketing) to integrate current purchasing processes ;
• Coordinate/handle specific issues related to Media & Corporate Marketing purchasing commitments .
