Buyer (this position may be more suited to male applicants)

You will be responsible for buying the assigned products (food or non-food products) and negotiating with external and internal suppliers to achieve the best working relationship and most cost-effective system. Market research is an important factor as is the monitoring of sales and profit, sustaining product supply and planning and debt deliberation. You will have at least 2 years direct experience as a Buyer in a similar environment i.e. Retail. Only dedicated and experienced people may apply.Strong negotiating skills required.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking for a long-term job in a successful and growing company. It is essential that you speak and write English fluently. German language abilities is also an advantage but not essential. You will have good knowledge of Marketing, Acquisition/Buying and Sales. As a communicative person, you will also be able to think strategically and analytically. You will have outstanding skills in negotiation and be a good “team-player” whilst also possessing initiative and the ability to work alone. You must have MS Office experience and will probably be educated to degree level or higher. Please note that there will be the occasional need to travel abroad for short periods to attend training courses and seminars. The company is offering a very competitive salary (dependent upon experience) and provides lunch daily and transportation to and from the office.
