Accountant

•University degree in economical field preferably in Accounting;
•2 - 3 years experience in a multinational environment;
•IAS and general accounting knowledge is a must;
•Experience in using financial software; SAP knowledge is an advantage;
•Sound analytical & learning capability;
•Decision making courage and an aptitude for risk taking;
•Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure;
•Flexible, proactive and dynamic attitude;
•Feel comfortable working in a team;
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word);
•English at intermediate level.

•Carry out routine or specialized accounting operations related to different accounting functions;
•Verify calculations, check or obtain codes, authorizations and any other relevant information for correct and timely processing;
•Review statements/ledgers/accounts to identify unusual or overdue items and take corrective action;
•Maintain the necessary accounting system according to defined procedures, accounting principles and legislation;
•Support company systems implementation
•Support Tax department during tax reviews
•Prepare ad hoc information/statistical breakdowns and reports when requested
•Produce routine reports and letters to customers/suppliers, may need to communicate with customers via telephone.
