CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Technical University degree – is an advantage
• Experience in supervising medium to large teams
• 3 years relevant experience in an operations environment is an advantage;
• English language knowledge - proficient;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Coaching & Leading Others and Teamwork & Cooperation skills;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Supervise, plan, organize and control the work process and activities of one production shift in tobacco processing area in order to ensure the production program is carried out in accordance with cost objectives, quality, safety and compliance;
• Identify and implement mid/long term process and organizational improvements in the production unit;
• Ensure that approved recipes are properly adhered to in order to guarantee high quality products at planned costs;
• Ensure that all staff is appropriately trained and equipped, with required qualifications, taking actions to ensure the needed training;
• Ensure that continuous improvements activities are implemented in order to exceed key performance indicators and safety/environment standards.
