Our client is a well-known multinational company providing technology and services that help businesses deploy Smarter Document Management strategies and find better ways to work; it provides consulting and outsourcing services that help companies streamline document-related processes - from accessing critical information, to making the most of their IT assets, to managing their print shop.
We are now searching a XWF Product Specialist
To provide support across the channel product range to Distributors, Resellers, CCSS and Direct Sales in order to achieve the targeted revenue/profit levels and customer satisfaction objective.
To represent the center of competence for all XWF products
(Printers, Scanners, BW and Color, wider than A3, including controllers, software and 3rd party finishing for those equipments).
With the Marketing Manager to develop, implement and monitor business plans per Product and Market Segment to ensure strategic direction, deliver planned revenue and profit, and meet market share targets for penetration and volume growth.
To understand Market and Market requirements.
To oversee the development and implementation of specific product and marketing plans in line with business units direction and overall regional requirements.
To analyze the performance with respect to deliver programmes that eliminate risks to the plan and capitalize on any opportunities and then develop actions to fulfill gaps.
To provide a structured and controlled Special Discount Authority Process, which focuses on Achieved Revenue, Achieved Gross Margins and Long Term Business/Strategic Potential (including Pricing Tactical).
To recommend, seek approval and timely implement Pricing tactical to meet short term business objectives.
To ensure all bids and tenders opportunities are commercially, competitively priced and comprehensively costed out.
To manage Product Launch and Support for the company’s XWF product portfolio and for Third Party equipment agreed by the company.
To provide marketing & product support for XWF products (Customer Expectation Documents, Product Safety Data Sheets, order forms, configurations, brochures, video/audio, case studies, presentations, any other sales & marketing material).
To actively participate in trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, open days, direct marketing campaigns, where the company’s solutions and products are presented.
To upgrade and keep up to date all the company’s means of communication for XWF products.
To provide accurate periodical outlook, in line with the implemented guidelines
To analyze, recommend, seek approval and commitment to reinforce and fill in gaps in market coverage based on demographic location, industrial output and volume potential.
