CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Job requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in similar positions
At least High School education
Very good in understanding and writing, fluent in talking Spanish and English
Primary accounting knowledge
Efficient in Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Responsibilities:
Providing full secretarial service to the director and dealing with routine matters independently
Organising document flow (check and distribute mails, faxes, e-mails, other document flow, courier, etc.)
Preparing documents, letters, memoranda and translations if requested

Keeping the primary accountancy
Keeping the cash book
Executing financial transfers (online banking)

Solving tasks with administration
Organising insurance and personell documents
Coordinating travel arrangements
Organising and assisting in organization of meetings, workshops, events

Organising general office support (ordering office materials, mobile phones, etc.)

The Balzola Group’s financial data in 2009 is in keeping with the company’s steady growth which it has shown for many years. In this year the turnover amounted to 210 million euros.
