OEM Account Manager

We’re looking for a OEM Account Manager for industrial segment to join our sales team in Romania.

What you’ll do
- Will be responsible for the development of the business with OEM accounts (industrial segment)
- Proactive ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︁​︆︄work with existing customers
- Systematic investigation of the market for potential new customers
- Daily pre- and post-sales support
- Close team cooperation with application engineers and customer service to maintain high level of customer experience
- Preparing business plan with strong growth and profit drive, continuous follow-up and applying prompt corrective action
- Identifying, opening and driving projects with customers
- Marketing activities to support the strategy, intensive promotion of our product, solutions and services
- Establishing strong network with customers’ key stakeholders on all levels

Your qualifications
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Degree in engineering (preferably mechanical related) - you have create technical solutions for industrial customers
- Firm profile and proven sales skills, minimum 3 years technical sales and industry experience
- Goal oriented and customer focused
- Self-starter and self-motivating with the ability to work independently and to travel frequently
- Disciplined with good time management and organizational skills and ability to work remotely
- Quick learner
- Positive and energetic attitude, open minded, flexible with team spirit
- Native in Romanian
- Excellent command of English (you will be part of an internation team)
- Available for business travel > 50%
