Requirements:
University degree required
Good command of English language
Good computer literacy skills.
Corporate or agency recruiting experience
Delivered business results through proven recruiting performance

Responsibility for this position will be to screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates for positions throughout the Field/Implementation Department. Considerable skill required in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge/understanding of the Company's services and organizational structure as well as knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and state laws regarding employment practices.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including identifying, screening, interviewing and coordinating technical and organization fit of candidate.
Implement and or continually evaluate process flow for recruiting life cycle.
Establish and manage relationships with managers to determine staffing requirements and make recommendations throughout the hiring process.
Responsible for negotiation and delivery of employment offers to candidates.
Utilize multiple resources for candidate identification including internal database, internet sourcing using online services, newspaper advertisements, career fairs and employee referrals.
Network with local companies, universities and outplacement agencies.
Constantly maintain advertisement for current job postings on online websites and newspapers.
Conduct background checks and reference checks.
Collect documents for processing work contracts as required.
Assist with mapping salary data and updating of job descriptions.

Due to this continued growth, we are currently hiring for a RECRUITING MANAGER to come to site and head up the recruiting process for all collaborators, part time staff (promoters, merchandisers, etc.) and relationship with universities, trade fair organizers, area managers, retailers personnel departments with specific responsibility for managing the day to day and longer term hiring activity and planning of the Department.
