| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Master's degree in accounting, or finance (CPA );
- Very good knowledge of Romanian accounting standards (IAS will be a plus) and fiscal regulation;
- Knowledge of database and accounting computer application systems;
- Eight to ten years of experience in accountancy and/or financial controlling;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Performs all accounting & financial activities of the company including preparation of current financial reports.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Effects the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies.
- Makes proposal regarding specific aspects of the accounting and fiscal procedures for the implementation of ERP solution.
- Budget preparation and audit functions.
- Reports to Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of the Group in Romania.
