Depot Manager

The position is located in Loc. Tileagd, Jud. Bihor

The ideal candidate should have a minimum experience of 3 years in the relevant field and the following skills and competencies:

- General understanding of legal regulations applicable to the operational area
- Advanced analytical skills
- Knowledge of SAP system

* Management of the operation of the base depot/logistics unit within the scope of his/her responsibilities, performing responsible unit manager tasks relevant from a technical safety and excise point of view

* Organise and manage base depot/unit operation. Take measures to ensure full and complete compliance with statutory regulations

* Responsible for quantitative and qualitative preservation of goods inventories, for technical safety of the depot/unit, complying and enforcing compliance with safety at work, fire safety, environment protection and property protection regulations at the base depot/logistics unit and its subunits under control.

* Responsible for effective and economical operation of the base depot/logistics unit under control; as the cost owner of the subunits of the facility, take part in the planning of the operational budget based on which cost utilisation is controlled.

* Perform responsible technical manager tasks at the base depot/logistics unit under control.

* Work out and manage conditions of smooth operation of depot/process technology systems, determine development, revamping directions and tasks.

* Implement and manage the distribution activities in conformity with sales contracts and customer demands, provide and ensure optimum employment of the adequately skills manpower required therefor at the base depot/logistics unit within the scope of his/her responsibilities.

* Take part in projects affecting the operational area of the depot network/unit group and provide representation of the depot network/units in larger projects encompassing multiple organisational units.
