CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English
- Knowledge of Spanish is considered an advantage
- Familiarity in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word) required
- Familiarity with the Internet including browser and email applications


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients
- Provide telephone and email support to our retail, corporate and reseller clients
- Able to troubleshoot problems and provide answers to our client's inquiries
- Handle data entry and administrative duties
