| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We are looking for experienced candidates who have demonstrated business development, business management and staff leadership skills.
They must have excellent customer communication and engagement management skills with the ability to drive the engagement lifecycle from inception to completion..
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years working experience in consulting, client/project management, high-end professional services business development, demonstrated industry experience or relevant management experience. Its essential to have proven experience in selling consulting projects within telco industry.
A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience is required.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Objective: As Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for closing consulting services sales and delivering consulting services projects, focused on Telco customers.
Responsabilities:
The Territory Services Executive (TSE) is the owner of the end to end Services account relationship (including marketing, selling, delivery and support) for Telco key Microsoft customers.
The TSE is:
The Services single point of contact both internally and externally (customer/partner)
Advises customer Decision Makers how to best realize the value of their Microsoft technology investment through innovation, implementation and productive use
Accountable for positioning, crafting and selling our entire services portfolio across the assigned territory
Oversees the delivery of services to ensure and maintain high overall customer satisfaction
In this position you will be held accountable for billable and new work sold financial commitments, customer satisfaction, Partner satisfaction, backlog for his/her projects, project profitability and employee satisfaction in his/her projects.
