Medical Representatives

Job Profile:

• University degree in Pharmacy or Medicine will be considered an advantage.
• ‎Strong communication and influencing skills. ‎
• 2 years’ experience in a medical promotion role, preferably in areas as: cardio-vascular, gastro-enterology, infection disease and GP.
• A proactive and team-player mentality.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Customer and results oriented.
• Reliable and consistent.
• Have strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
• Have good command of English (both written and spoken).

Sibiu-Alba si Mures-Bistrita Nasaud -Salaj

The job-scope is to present and inform healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists and hospitals representatives) about the company products, according to scientific guidelines and regulation.
Job Responsibilities:

• Visits healthcare professionals to promote Alfasigma products following the established marketing strategy, and with the coverage and frequency approved.
• Builds up and maintains strong professional relationships with these stakeholders. Suggests the addition of new customers and KOLs in the allocated area, according to local market specifications.
• Participate in local, regional and international scientific congresses determined by the company.
• Informs healthcare professionals in an accurate, updated and according to the company's strategy about our products: uses of marketing material, clarifies doubts and concerns of doctors about the products, handles objections, and highlights products’ characteristics.
• Works in strong collaboration with other internal functions (Medical, Marketing etc.) to validate and deliver accurate data to healthcare professionals.
• Proposes activities in his/ her territory (invitation to congresses, participation of doctors as lecturers, organization of clinical sessions) that helps to promote our products in compliance with ethics standards and ensuring the return on investment.
• Deliver the reports and activity analysis requested by the company, with accuracy, on time and complete.
