Marketing Specialist

• University degree in Marketing or Public Relations

• +2 years previous experience in marketing /communication (financial services area will be an advantage)

• Previous digital marketing experience with strong digital, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in writing engaging content.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong graphic design skills and experience using design tools (eg Adobe Creative Suite).
• Possess commercial awareness.
• Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing best practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and highly organized.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with the capacity to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Contribute to the implementation of the marketing plan.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop impactful marketing materials (print artwork, flyers, adverts, templates, and other support materials).
• Create the internal and external communication of the company (newsletters, content for website & blog).
• Create and manage content for communication channels, including the company website using CMS platform.
• Manages the relationship with promotional materials and print suppliers.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and competitors’ activity.
• Reports about the performance of the marketing activity.
• Provide support and actively participate in organizing internal & external events.
