PROJECT MANAGER IN CONSTRUCTION FIELD FOR CRAIOVA

At least 10 years of experience in project management in international context, for the construction of industrial installations, mainly in hydraulic construction and water treatment plants.
Diplome in Civil or Hydraulic Engineering ; Knowledge or Civil work with international norms.
Participation in at least one international financed project (Phare, ISPA etc.) concerning environmental protection (water, waste sectors);
Excellent communication and coordination abilities;
Organization and leadership skills;
Ability to analyze data/info, review calculations and prepare cost estimates;
Ability to think logically and solve problems;
Problem solving attitude;
Fluency in English;
Posibility to relocate in Craiova.

Our client is a multinational company, specialised in the design, construction and management of the industrial engineering, which has operating since 1912 in the implementation and manufacturing of plants and machinery for the pumping, conveyance and distribution of water.

Refears to the Area Manager, playing the task of Contractor Representative and insuring so the management of the relationship with the costumer.
Is responsible for the application of the contract.
Is responsible for the respect of timing and costs of the project.
Coordinates the action of all the local staff of the company.
Points out to the costumer all events or situations that can modify the contractual budget and discusses with him the contractual consequences of such situations.
Reports to the company head office and to the area manager about budgeting and work progress .
Defines the organization needs of the local branch.
