Candidatul ideal:
- Studii superioare tehnice
- Min. 5 ani experienta in productie- de preferat ind. automotiv
- Experienta in gestiunea si analiza productiei
- Engleza si franceza -avansat
- Persoana dinamica, flexibila si valoroase cunostinte tehnice care vor fi testate in interviul final cu angajatorul.

Cerinte:
- Experienta in planificarea si organizarea fluxului tehnologic
- Gestionarea segmentelor si departamentelor de productie
- Capacitatea de a implementa noi schimbari in cadrul companiei pe parte de calitate si optimizare a proceselor
- Experienta de coordonare a unui numar de minim 150 persoane
- Capacitatea de a motiva echipa
