The Digital Learning Experience Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our Learning Offering through Oracle Learning Cloud  and ensuring a cohesive and impactful learning experience across the organization. 
This role requires a combination of strategic vision, technical proficiency, and collaborative leadership to effectively manage the digital learning ecosystem and work closely with subject matter experts to uphold learning governance standards.​

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: 
* Learning Experience Evolution:​
+ Lead the strategic development and improvement of our Digital Learning Offering, mainly through Oracle Cloud, in close partnership with the HCM /IT Team​
+ Collaborate with internal partners to drive adoption of system functionality improvements, and integration opportunities. ​
+ Lead all aspects of the implementation of new features, modules, and tools within the LMS to optimize user experience and learning outcomes.​
+ Act as a champion for digital learning initiatives, advocating for continuous improvement and innovation in learning delivery methods​
+ Provide mentorship and support to customers on instructional design principles and learning methodologies. ​
* Learning Governance:​
+ Partner with Learning Program Owners and Discipline Owners to drive consistency around One Catalogue, One Calendar and ensure communications to main stakeholders and learners, ​encourage owners to implement and maintain governance framework, processes and procedures. Communicate effectively with internal teams to promote awareness of new learning resources, updates, and opportunities.
+ Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the security matrix framework and procedures to govern learning offering. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with guidelines.​
* Data Analysis and Reporting:​
+ Apply data analytics tools and reporting mechanisms to track learner engagement, performance, and satisfaction.​
+ Generate insights from learning analytics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.​

 FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED: 

* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, or related field. 
* 3 or more years of experience in handling Oracle Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms within a corporate environment​
* Excellent project management skills and partner management skills with the ability to run multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within specified timelines
* Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Learning Analytics, LMS reporting features, Excel).
* Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving innovation in digital learning experiences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART: 
* Master’s degree or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of industry standards related to online learning, such as SCORM, AICC, ADA compliance, etc.
* Strong understanding of instructional design fundamentals, adult learning theory, and e-learning technologies.
