| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
For Genpact, a leading provider of Business Services & Technology Solutions we are looking for a VOICE SPECIALIST.
·Strong and reliable technical knowledge covering the following technologies/products:
o LAN / WAN;
o VoIP;
o ISDN, E1
o AVAYA Definity PBX;
o AVAYA S8700 PBX and G700 gateway;
·At least 2-3 years experience in the above technologies;
·At least 2-3 years experience in Call Center operations
·Strong problem solving skills;
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
·“Can do” attitude;
·Ability to work under high pressure;
·Good command of English.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
·Responsible for reliable operation of the Voice infrastructure, including AVAYA S8700 PBX with G700 gateways at remote locations, IP-, digital- and analogue phones;
·Ensures agreed level of services provided by various service providers;
·Participates in operation and development of Network infrastructure, ensures feasibility of new systems from Voice perspective;
·Utilize System Monitoring solutions to ensure proactive prevention against system failures;
·Keep contacts with vendors and service providers;
·Cooperates with IT personals from other GE and non-GE businesses;
·Participates in planning and execution of system development projects;
·Provides third level support for users by working closely with the HelpDesk team;
·Provides IT support for Transition- and Digitization projects.
