Executive Assistant for Chief Operations Officer ( COO)

Responsibilities:

• Keep agenda, set up meetings, follow up as requested – inside and outside the office
• Take the incoming calls for the COO, take messages and transmit them in time correctly and completely
• Send and receive mail & correspondence; register, file and archive them as necessary
• Realize the Weekly Management Reports based on the reports that come from local systems
• Support press review for the company at national level
• Offer any other administrative support to the direct manager and management team as it might be requested
• Coordinate effectively the purchase of the office stationary, as well as any other needed office equipment (together with the reception responsible)
• Make travel & accommodation arrangements, find most convenient and cost-effective arrangements
• Offer support to the team activities

Requirements:

• Minim 2-3 years similar experience, preferably in multinational company
• Fluent in English
• Very good computer literacy
• Very well organized, sharp; respects deadlines and other company’s procedures and regulations
• Focused on results; efficient; solves problems and overcome obstacles appearing on the way
