* Experienced Service Manager in a high-tech environment

* ITIL knowledge is preferable

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job Description
* Manage the Shared Service centre in Bucharest
* Responsible for delivery of services according to the agreed SLA
* Lead a technical service professionals team
* Implement an ITIL based service organization
* Handle escalations with urgency and determination
* Provide detailed performance reporting on agreed intervals
* Implement a 24*7 service solution
* Report to the Operations Director in The Netherlands
