Project Manager

• University degree
• Three+ years experience in Project Management, Product Management, Deployment Management in software industry
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 methodology is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects at same time
• A proven team player with the ability to collaborate with management and other departments
• Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
• Able to communicate effectively with foreign customers in English
• Available to travel in Europe or US for up to 2 weeks at a time
• Living in Iasi or willing to move to Iasi (relocation package offered)

As a Project Manager, your prime responsibility is to ensure that the project produces the required Products (software applications), to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost. You will be the primary contact to the client, and that will require occasional travel to the client premises and regular client communication.

You will lead geographically dispersed teams across our delivery centers in Europe. Most of the communication and documentation will therefore be in English.

The main responsibilities include:
• Manage the production of the required products
• Managing customers’ expectations
• Manage stakeholders as: client, vendor and technology partners
• Planning the project and project stages, including Product Breakdown, Schedule and resources allocation
• Reporting and escalating to the Project Board
• Monitoring project progress and individual teams
• Leading geographically dispersed teams
• Manage and coach team leads and their deliverables based on given tolerance
• Maintaining required quality level of the deliverables
• Dealing with the changes (scope, timeline, resources, quality)
• Identifying issues and risks and proactively acting upon them
• Facilitating (inter) teams communication
• Communicate and reinforce the project methodologies and standards developing all project artifacts as required
