CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-very good knowledge and experience in Ms. Windows (98, 2000 and XP), Ms. Office (word, excel, outlook) (XP and 2003) and Outlook Express;
- deep knowledge and experience in finding and fixing eventual computer and printer problems;
- experience in configuring and maintaining PBXs and telephones;
- a calm but efficient person who can offer first level of support for users;
- experience with cleaning infected computers;
-Fluency in English (knowledge of French is a plus);
-Driving license
-At least high-school degree (student/degree in Computers/Polytechnics is an advantage)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Maintaining/modifying/administrating the data bases and applications
-Provide support and solutions for users and local applications
-Provide technical support by phone and mail concerning applications
-finding and fixing eventual computer and printer problems;
-cleaning infected computers
