CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The successful candidate should possess the following:
Experience:
1-2 years experience in either IT or an IT audit environment;
In depth understanding of the business impact of IT.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field;
Advanced degree preferred;
IT Related certifications would help.
Personal abilities and skills:
Very good technical and business English;
Excellent analytical skills;
Ability to identify and resolve IT related business issues and provide innovative solutions;
Capability to work effectively either individually or as a member of a multi-skilled team;
Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, resilience, flexibility, adaptability and self-motivation;
Professional discipline, accuracy and reliability.
A plus for candidates:
Project management or client work experience;
Risk assessment, audit planning or systems development reviews experience.
