*3-5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably gained in multinational companies. *Good analytical and communication skills *Agronomist/Engineering/Economic degree preferred *Self-motivated, with a positive 'can-do' attitude *Willing to travel *Romanian mother tongue with fluent English.
*Represent the company in a professional manner as the first point of contact for customers. *Seek new customers. Identify & follow up product opportunities and develop the existing customer base. *Develop in-depth competitors knowledge through thorough market and SWOT analysis. *Secure the profit margin through application of appropriate pricing procedure. *Implement monthly and weekly KPI calculations, and perform analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
