Qualifications and skills:
Experience in railway industry would be an advantage;
Graduate of technical or economic faculty is required
Knowledge or interest in the technical field is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently
Fluency in English is required. German knowledges would be an advantage.

This is a full-time role for a junior sales engineer at Exco Transport Systems in Bucharest. As a sales and technical person, you will be responsible for building professional relationships with existing and potential customers, closing deals, and increasing revenue. You will be connecting with suppliers and customers to identify their needs, answering their questions, and providing excellent customer technical service.
Understand clients' technical needs and requirements.
Provide clients with solutions that meet their needs.
Work closely with the sales and technical team, to maintain, identify and pursue business opportunities.
Communicate the features and benefits of your company's products or services to existing and potential customers.
Troubleshoot technical problems that may arise during the sales process.
Assisting clients in solving problems and troubleshooting installed equipment
Participating at theoretical and practical schoolings and works shops
Recommending new or improved products and solutions to customers
Preparing and delivering technical and commercial documentation for costumers and authorities
Preparing and delivering technical presentations to explain company products and services to actual and potential customers.
Identify potential customers and develop relationships with them.
