RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
We are looking for colleauges for Afumati, Arad and other Romanian remote locations.
Duties:
- Provide primary client support, either in person or by telephone, by assisting clients in their use of products, trouble-shooting, and providing technical consultation for hardware and software requirements
- Work closely with users to solve problems
- Serve as liaison between clients and technical staffs, referring problems and projects when appropriate or necessary (if problem is of a complex nature or outside this person’s area of expertise). May develop information delivery systems
-May be responsible for developing and maintaining partnership with
business users
- Perform learning needs assessments and provide training recommendations, evaluations, and follow-up
- Maintain knowledge of current training, support, and information delivery tools
