CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University Degree in Computer Science
A minimum of 3 years experience in the IT-Helpdesk domain
Experience in working with complex systems and international projects
Basic knowledge in networking and PC management (Windows environment)
Familiar with hardware/software diagnostic tools
Certificates and Licenses in the IT domain are considered an advantage
Availability for business-trips (Driving License)
German language is considered a big plus
A result-oriented person, adaptable to various situations and tasks, able to identify
problems and to apply the best solutions |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Your Responsibilities:
Helpdesk for the IT-Systems located in our branches per telephone or remote
User support and training for our branches employees
Testing the new software releases
Equipment installation for the new branch-openings
Creating the documentation for the new software developed features |
