Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or operations
Knowledge of Windows, Linux (PuTTY) and Mac operating systems
Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues (basic SQL would be a plus)
Excellent communicator & having good facilitator skills in relationship with colleagues and clients
Able to prioritize & manage own time
Strong team player with high performance ethic
Organized, enthusiastic
Very good German skills
English skills are also helpful

This role provides technical support as First and Second Level Support to end-users, monitoring and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, while ensuring that every IT operation runs smoothly. The IT Operations Support Specialist will work closely with the IT team to ensure that all IT issues are addressed in a timely manner and that end-users are provided with exceptional support.

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring that all IT operations run smoothly
Respond to system alerts and take appropriate action to resolve issues
Document all IT support activities and maintain accurate records of all support requests
Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
Participate in the testing and deployment of new software and hardware
Assist with software and hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedure
Provide end-user training on new software and hardware as needed
Manage and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses
