Candidatul Ideal
The IT Operations Analyst acts as an intermediary between the Logistic and Manufacturing business community and the technical community working with IT project teams and business clients to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design (using appropriate tools and models) from which applications and solutions are developed.
The IT Operations Analyst is an active thought partner and application visionary who shapes the technology demand among the business community.
What we need:
- Fluency in French and English;
- Knowledge of database technology (MS SQL Server administration/querying, etc) and/or integration technologies (API, ETL, message server);
- Good understanding of Service Management and Change Management (ITIL);
- Additional domain experience would be an advantage (Understanding of SCADA class of systems, Industry 4.0, IoT, Industrial/AWS cloud);
- Help Desk experience is an asset;
- Knowledge in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, hardware, network/connectivity;
- Project coordination skills is an asset;
- Willing to participate in the on-call support model;
- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in IT areas, such as Computer Sciences, Information Systems.

- Provide maintenance and support for local and global IT Manufacturing & Logistic system solutions;
- Acquire knowledge ︁︀︂︃︃︉︉︁︂︈of business function and technical areas;
- Assist in analyzing, defining information and technical needs;
- Participate in the deployment and localization of global IT system solutions;
- Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services;
- Implement initiatives fast and secure and in full compliance with applicable policies, procedures and standards.
