CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Economical degree
Economical knoledge, logistics (invoicing, stocks)
Minimum 2 years experience in a „Customer Service” position
WizCount experience (advantage)
advanced English

Efficient orders execution starting from order receiving to forwarding goods to customer
Independent and responsible corespondence handling
Responsibility for quality, rational implementing of quality policy
Monitoring of payments from customers
Invoicing
Basic description of position:
Orders:
Booking
Confirmation based on offers submitted and orders received
Sending them to factories and recording them
Checking out the orders status (announce the person in charge of the account with issues about the delays)
Providing information for customers about current order status
