Software Sales Specialist

Our new colleague corresponds the following:
- University Degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or related field (still, students are accepted)
- A strong sense of business and very good communication skills
- Very strong analytical skills and quick-minded, as this is a job in a fast-pace environment with volatile opportunities
- Web scripting experience (PHP, ASP, .NET), familiarity with SQL and database servers (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and experience with Dreamweaver MX (especially working with Server Behaviors) is a definite plus, but it's not compulsory
- Excellent English skills
- Work experience, minimum 1 year, not necessarily in the same position, but within the software industry

This position is within the MX Department of InterAKT Online. The MX Department creates extensions that help Dreamweaver users build dynamic web applications. As a Software Marketing and Sales Specialist your responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Marketing Director in representing the company to the public through various forms of media, to include the internet, newsletters, press releases, presentations, technical documents, training manuals, business proposals, print advertisements, brochures, bulletins, pamphlets, fact sheets and other forms of communication.
- Establishing contact with partners and clients and maintaining associated mailing lists and other files
- Respond to request for proposals from clients while maintaining a high satisfaction rate
- Designing, developing and delivering product demonstrations to a variety of clients in various settings as well as identifying and communicating software requirements to the product team
- Actively involve in the planning and accomplishment of the e-Marketing Plan as well as planning and preparing the participation to international conferences
- Developing and implementing web marketing campaigns, affiliate deals as well as researching and deploying strategies for new distribution channels.

This job is fast paced and high stressed at times to meet deadlines. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Software Marketing and Sales Specialist works as an integral part of the Sales and Marketing Team. The Software Marketing and Sales Specialist can evolve towards Director of Marketing and Sales and Product Manager
