CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Skills:
Post-secondary education, at least 2 years related work experience in the IT.
Excellent working knowledge of software applications and the microcomputer environment.
Excellent knowledge with MS Office family products; including Active Directory, Windows 2003, Exchange, Windows XP, and Microsoft SQL is a pre, , LAN/WAN is a pre.
Excellent knowledge on hardware.
Experience in providing support in a dynamic and growing environment.
Excellent analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to change
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
Strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian.
Pursue quality and continuous improvement.
Willing to work in shifts and out off official work hours.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Position Reports to:
IT - Management
Key responsibilities/tasks
Provide timely and accurate information and support to our customers (end-users) by phone, E-mail or on Desk visit.
Registration of incoming Helpdesk Service Request.
Analysis and resolution of assigned incidents / tasks.
Professionally and expertly recognize and diagnose technical problems and provide accurate and timely solutions by telephone or via e-mail.
Act as Operator to complete prescheduled operational tasks.
Provide if deemed necessary training to end-users on applications used.
Act as a bridge between end-user and development to resolve raised issues rapidly and efficiently.
Acquisition and Invoice Administration
Peripherals Asset Registration and Administration of Assets in Configuration database.

Job Objective and Purpose
Finans International Leasing and Finans Servicii Financiare are international institutions with activities in Leasing and Consumer Banking. The European Head office is located in Bucharest. For our IT department we are currently looking for a new colleague.
This role involves the delivery of first line support, performing of prescheduled operational tasks and performing of Application Administration and Administrative tasks.
