Inspection and Documentation Technician

Inspection and Documentation Technician will be responsible for conducting on-site and remote customer visits and inspections, according to the related activity planning, and for verifications, and production testing of products required on orders with the customer inspection option, within Measurement Solutions, as well as issuing quality certificates and archiving in specific systems, within Flow Solutions. In this role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* They are conducting customer visits and inspections according to the inspection action plan in the Cluj Measurement Manufacturing Center (CMMC), ensuring throughout the process that inspections are conducted under Emerson standards and customer requirements.
* Tracks orders into production and consults with Operations, and Planning departments with SPOC (single point of contact) on details related to customer inspection product. In case of changes in orders on the inspection side advise the Inspection and Verification Engineer, following the instructions received to implement changes in Operations.
* Keeps the inspection, and verification scheduling database updated and updates the inspection schedule in CMMC according to the input received.
* Documents inspection results by completing reports and records in relevant CMMC databases.
* Accompanies the customer, and third-party inspector to inspections in production or final inspection area.
* Checks and stores product documentation specific to internal and external orders (material certificates, quality certificates, etc.) following existing requirements and procedures.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Higher/middle education in a technical field, communication;
* Minimum experience in quality/production, engineering, or call center with a technical background;
* Minimum experience in production forecasting and planning methods;
* Advanced PC skills - MS Office, Internet, E-mail;
* English language - Advanced Level!
