RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Participate in product implementation planning.
Understand stakeholders strategies and goals and collect their requirements.
Create and maintain the product vision document.
Create and maintain the business requirement specifications.
Validate with the stakeholders the UI prototypes developed based on business requirements.
Translate business requirements into software specifications and ensure they are conform with the initial stakeholders objectives and needs.
Discuss the business and software requirements with stakeholders and obtains sign-offs on them.
Assist the project team in translating the software specifications into the detailed design model, test plans and user documentation.
Communicate the stakeholders needs to the project team.
Communicate the project team’s needs and clarify them with the stakeholders.
Manage stakeholders change requests before they are sent to the project team. Participate to the change control board.
Manage stakeholders expectations regarding the product features.
Design the acceptance test plan structure and review the acceptance test plan to validate the business requirements and software specifications. The acceptance test plan will be developed by the testing team.
Discuss the acceptance test plan with stakeholders and obtains sign-off on it.
Evaluate the results of the acceptance test plan execution.
