INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER (ARAD)

Technical University of electro or mechanics
Minim 2 years experience in industrial engineering
Knowledge of assembly equipment and methods
Experienced in VSM (Value Stream Mapping)
REFA education – might be an advantage
Team player, flexibility
English language - good
German language – might be an advantage

Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
Performs process and time studies to determine production staffing requirements and formulate improvements in equipment, materials, utilities and personnel utilization
Determines, measures and analyzes labour times (according to REFA)
Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, optimizing work flows and work methods . Supports continuous improvement activities
Supports the design and build-up of new workplaces according to ergonomic rules, initiates the improvement of the existing workplaces
Participates in instruction of employees during product ramp-ups and product changes
Ensures adherence to customer technical requirements
