CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Two - three years of working experience;
University Degree;
Fluency in German (speaking and writing), studies in German would be a plus;
Very good knowledge of English;
Well - developed coordinating abilities;
Strong communication skills, responsibility, ability to work under pressure;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Organizes GM's agenda;
- Provides administrative support; organizes travel arrangements, appointments & events;
- Prepares reports & presentation materials; coordination of executive meetings and document preparation
- Translates and types different internal documents, reports, contracts, memos; |
