CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

• Strong speaking and writing ability in both English and Romanian
• Basic accounting/bookkeeping skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate (Windows, MS Office)
• Honest, hard-working, self-confident and friendly personal profile
• Highly organized and able to work under pressure
• Experience in a similar position is a strong advantage
We now have a challenging Assistant position open within our organization. Duties will include administrative support, client-related and project-related activities, and generally assisting the General Manager with his daily workload.

The ideal applicant should have one or two years of experience in an office environment, and be a successful individual who combines integrity, excellent communication skills, resilience, determination and passion. If you fit this description, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Perform the office bookkeeping, together with our Accountant
• Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, reports and other necessary documents
• Handle correspondence such as incoming mail, faxes and e-mail messages
• Answer phones, take messages and manage client requests
• Organize files, documents and other important information in the office
• Set appointments for the General Manager
• Arrange for airline tickets, hotel rooms, etc.
• Update and manage the database
• Other office tasks as needed by the General Manager on a daily basis
